　　▌風(fēng)刀干燥區(qū)的清潔和調(diào)整清洗機(jī)最后一個(gè)水箱里裝的是經(jīng)過(guò)加熱（溫度在45℃左右）的高純水，因此附著在玻璃原片表面的水漬在進(jìn)入干燥區(qū)后能夠在風(fēng)刀的高強(qiáng)風(fēng)作用下被吹走并且蒸發(fā)。風(fēng)刀刀口與玻璃原片所在平面呈一定銳角夾角，每次拆裝風(fēng)刀或改變其位置都要注意測(cè)量其角度并保持不變。①清理干燥區(qū)里的玻璃碎屑、標(biāo)簽、夾紙等污物，并用潔凈棉布擦拭風(fēng)刀、輥道等部件，確保清潔。②將風(fēng)機(jī)用的初級(jí)過(guò)濾板和次級(jí)過(guò)濾袋都拆下，用壓縮空氣反向吹出里面的灰塵，檢查有無(wú)破損或堵塞，定期更換。③用鋸條探入風(fēng)刀口，檢查是否有過(guò)濾袋纖維等雜物堵塞刀口。??只要定期認(rèn)真地按照以上程序?qū)θ肟谇逑礄C(jī)進(jìn)行維護(hù)和保養(yǎng)，在工藝正常地情況下，就能較大程度保證玻璃原片的清洗效果，保證鍍膜玻璃產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定。
